Vintage Silver Tone Silhouette Cuff Link & Tie Clasp Set - approx, 1970's.  Two silhouettes in black enamel in 1" round cuff links and also on the tie bar with a snake-skin textured finish on the rest of the tie bar.  The tie bar is about 1.75" long.  The pieces are not signed.  There is some wear on the black enamel which can be filled in with black enamel.  This is a costume set and like what you would have found at a K-Mart, Wal-Mart, etc., perhaps at a holiday.   See photos.
