Vintage Silver Tone Blue Rhinestone Heart Drop Pendant with Clear Rhinestones framing the heart as well as a blossom cluster built into the chain.  The cluster tot he bottom of the heart measures 1.5".  The chain is 15.5" and is a thick rounded herringbone style.  It has a spring clasp.  It is not signed.  This is from the 1980-1990's.  Reminds me of the Lady Dianna pieces sold both before and after her death. Very good condition - looks new.  This is from an estate in Pennsylvania.   See photos.
