Vintage 10kt gold Diamond Heart Necklace.  This is a baguette and round channel set diamond accented heart pendant that is 1" tall and nearly 7/8" wide.  27mm by 18mm.  It has 10 channel set baguettes that are appx. 3.5mm wide and are over 1mm wide.  They cannot be accurately measured due to setting  There are four ro und stones that range from 1.2mm across to 1.5mm.  Both types of diamonds are appx. J in color.  Total carat weight is appx. .25ctw.  The chain is about .8mm wide, box chain, 10kt gold, signed Italy and marked 10kt and tested.  They pendant is signed what looks like COM and is also marked 10kt and tested. Very good condition.  This came from a PA estate,  W.11.417.11X - LD 11/8/17.  NO INTERNATIONAL SALES UNLESS BUYER AGREES TO PAYING FOR SECURE SHIPPING WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE BILLED SEPARATELY.
